Upon receiving a quote, it is entirely the client's responsibility to inquire with their mover about any possible additional fees, as these may not be voluntarily disclosed. Unlike many of our competitors, we do not impose any extra taxes, fuel surcharges, fees for stairs, or other miscellaneous charges.

Our quotes for long-distance moves are not determined by weight or cubic feet. The estimates provided by another company's estimator are approximations that may adjust the final move cost upon delivery, which requires payment prior to offloading. Until the items are loaded into the truck, movers cannot ascertain the precise weight or cubic footage. We offer a FLAT RATE NOT TO EXCEED PRICE! This serves as a legal and binding agreement ensuring that your moving cost will not exceed the quoted amount, unless the client requests additional services.

With a fleet of 8 trucks and a dedicated team of 23 available each day, we specialize in same-day moving and delivery services for those facing urgent situations or dealing with unreliable movers. Unlike most of our competitors, we do not impose a 3 to 4 hour minimum requirement.

We do not utilize consolidated shipping. We only send out the individual items of our client only. This is primarily why your items may experience delays, potentially arriving days or even weeks late, due to setbacks caused by other clients sharing the same transportation. Additionally, we refrain from consolidating shipments with other clients due to the prevalent issues of bedbugs, cockroaches, and termites in Florida's climate.

We provide our clients with a 36-hour window to modify their dates and times without forfeiting their deposit. We understand that unexpected situations can arise in this industry at a moment's notice.

We offer complete or partial packing services on the day of your move for up to 30 boxes. For any moves involving more than 30 boxes, packing will be finalized the day before your move.

We are a FULL SERVICE MOVER! We offer comprehensive services including complete disassembly and reassembly, pad wrapping, shrink wrapping, as well as disconnecting and reconnecting furniture and appliances. Unfortunately, many movers do not provide disconnect and reconnect services for even basic appliances like refrigerators, washers, or dryers, especially for elderly clients.

There is no additional fee for detaching flat-screen TVs or wall mounts from walls. We only apply the hourly or flat rate for all services rendered to clients.

Our experts identify any prior damages, beyond normal wear and tear, before handling any items. Previous movers might have concealed damages, particularly when loading the client's truck from an out-of-town location or their storage unit.

We utilize only large trucks, allowing smaller moves to be completed in half the time. Typically, there's no need for stacking or packing. Everything is loaded directly onto the floor and secured with straps for transit.

We respect our clients' credit and debit cards and do not misuse them. For your security, we provide a secure link sent directly to your phone or email. In contrast, many of our competitors place holds on clients' cards or impose extra charges without obtaining client consent. This is often hidden within the "FINE PRINT" of their contracts.

Our services require no contracts—only the client's approval along with a $100.00 deposit to secure the client's date and relocation time.
