Quote Process

We exclusively utilize skilled professional journeyman movers to handle our quotes, both onsite and from our office. Their expertise ensures that every task is completed with maximum efficiency. No software can fully grasp the myriad variables or offer the nuanced insight that a seasoned mover can, nor can it provide a precise moving quote. Computers, administrative personnel, and novice movers cannot accurately understand the true demands of a job. Instead, they tend to give estimates that are often far from the final costs you'll face.

When you contact us, we will first determine whether you require a complete move or just a straightforward delivery.

Next, we will ask about the sizes of the units you are moving to and from.

We will request a concise description of the items you are relocating and the cities involved in the transition.

Using this information, we will evaluate whether we can provide an estimate based on an hourly rate or if a site visit is necessary to offer a flat-rate quote that will not exceed the costs for a full move or a comprehensive packing and moving service.

We will furnish you with a written quote, whether it is based on an hourly rate or a flat fee, delivered via text or email.

Like many companies, we ask for a modest deposit—generally $100—to confirm your reservation. Please be assured that this deposit is fully refundable, provided you inform us at least 36 hours in advance should you wish to modify your dates. It will also be deducted from your final invoice.

We accept all types of payment methods.

Our services are available around the clock, seven days a week, 364 days a year, with a dedicated team operating eight trucks and 13 crew members each day.

If you require a flat rate, we will schedule a specific date and time for an experienced professional mover to provide you with an estimate, which usually takes about 20 minutes.

We will attentively listen to your main concerns and ensure they are conveyed to your lead mover and crew.

Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. If you like to jot down notes, have a pen and paper ready—there are no silly questions, and we don’t expect you to be an expert in our field.

We are happy to share quick and efficient packing tips, which could also help you save money if you decide to pack your items yourself.

For out-of-state relocations, we offer a flat rate that will not exceed the quoted price, ensuring a legally binding commitment.

As with all moving companies, we do require a modest deposit to secure your booking.

If we do not hear from you, your next communication will be from your lead man, who will introduce himself and inform you of his arrival time, typically between 8 and 9 AM for morning pickups, or between 1 and 3 PM for afternoon pickups.

Should you be unavailable during the move, whether for yourself or on behalf of a family member, we are more than happy to meet with your realtor, relative, or neighbor in your absence. Please ensure you stay reachable by phone throughout the moving process for any inquiries or concerns from our team.

When you confirm your booking, kindly provide the first and last name of the billing contact, the first and last name of the individual being relocated (if different), the pickup address, the delivery address, your email address, and the best phone numbers to contact you, along with your preferred date and time for the move.

The final payment will be due upon the completion of your move.

For larger out-of-state or commercial moves, an in-home or office visit will be required to provide an accurate quote.
