The quote is simple and easy to understand without any ""fine print"". We are informative. We have no problem repeating ourselves if needed to ensure clarity. There are no dumb questions. We do not expect our clients to know our industry. Our clients are not scratching their heads after they get off the phone with our estimators.

3. After receiving a quote it is 100% the clients responsibility to ask their mover if there are any additional charges or they will not disclose this to you. We do not have any additional tax, fuel surcharges, additional charges for stairs, or random miscellaneous charges like most of our competitors.

4. We do not base our quotes for long distance moves on weight or cubic feet. These are guesstimates from the estimator which can and will change the price of the move upon delivery with expected payment before offload. Movers do not know the exact weight or cubic feet utilized until your items are loaded into the truck. We provide a FLAT RATE NOT TO EXCEED PRICE! This is a legal and binding agreement that your move will not be a penny more than quoted unless additional services are requested by the client.

5. We are known to be the highest paying for professional movers in Florida. We recruit top professionals from other companies and pay them what they deserve. This makes for a happy, proud, unstoppable workforce.

6. We MOVE IT ALL! We move everything. We have the manpower and equipment to move virtually anything. We move residential, industrial, office, and medical equipment every week. Check out our photo gallery!

7. Running 8 trucks and 23 men daily at our disposal, we can provide same day moving and deliveries for those in an emergency situation or that have movers that never show up. This regretfully is common in a city this size. They will put the highest bidder in front of you. We do not have 3 to 4 hour minimums like the majority of our competitors.

8. We check our competitors prices weekly so we give our clients the best rate possible without gimmicks or discounts.

9. We do not ship consolidated. We ship the clients items only. This is the main reason why your items may not arrive on time, possibly for days or weeks, because of delays from other clients that are sharing a truck with you. We also do not ship you consolidated with other clients due to the simple fact that bedbugs, cockroaches, and termites run rampant in the Florida weather.

10. We offer 72 hours notice for our clients to make any changes to their dates and times without losing their deposit. We know things can arise in this industry on short notice.

11. We provide full or partial packing services the same day of the move if under 30 boxes. Anything over 30 boxes, packing will be completed the day prior to your move.

12. We are a FULL SERVICE MOVER! We provide full disassembly, reassembly, pad wrap, shrink wrap, disconnect, and reconnect of furniture and appliances. Regretfully most movers will not disconnect and reconnect a simple refrigerator, washer, or dryer for even an elderly client.

13. There is no extra charge for removing flat screen TVs' or wall mounts from walls. We only charge the hourly rate or flat rate for all services provided to clients.

14. We do not underbid to gain a client. We only have professional movers, yes men and women, that provide our clients with accurate quotes based on the information they provide us with.

15. Our professionals point out any previous damages, above normal wear and tear, before moving any item. Previous movers may have hid damages especially when they have loaded the clients truck from out of the area, or the clients storage unit.

16. We only use large trucks which make small moves go twice as fast. No stacking or packing is generally needed. Everything is floor loaded and strapped in for the ride.

17. We do not abuse the clients credit/debit card. We send a secure link to your phone or email for your security. Most competitors put holds on clients cards or additional charges without the client's approval. Again, the ""FINE PRINT"" in our competitors' contracts.....

18. There are no contracts to obtain our services, only the client's approval with a $100.00 deposit to hold clients date and relocation time.

19. We contact clients the day before we perform any service and the day of, prior to leaving our base.

20. We provide phone or video walkthrough options for more accurate quotes and utilize Trulia, Zillow, and Realtor.com, when a client's photos are available online during the sale of their home.

We provide our clients with a 36-hour window to modify their dates and times without forfeiting their deposit. We understand that unexpected situations can arise in this industry at a moment's notice.

We offer complete or partial packing services on the day of your move for up to 30 boxes. For any moves involving more than 30 boxes, packing will be finalized the day before your move.
